embarrassment triggered aggression

When u're in a embarrassing situation, u tend to snap more easily. For eg, my nephew(5-6yrs old?) trips on his own in front of us, and he scolded his younger brother( 2-4 yrs old?) for tripping him.

well in this situation, the nephew is trying to "save his face" by pushing the blame to his bro. it could have worked, just like in any embarrassing situations, but not when he did it in front of us. We saw the incident clearly. Yet, in an desperate attempt to recover from the embarrassment, he made a hasty and unwise move, which is to scold and push the blame to his bro, thinking it might worked. However, it did not.

Worst still, he embarrassed himself even more in front of the crowd and even lost the trust of his bro(altho i think he's too young to figure anything out). He could have just laughed it off.

This story is a case of embarrassment-triggered aggression. One feels guilty/embarrassed about something and gets snappish to conceal the guilt/embarrassment. Whoever u lashed out at will either be sad/angry at u, relationships soured (ask yourself. do you really want that? Is there no other options?) you are ashamed of yourself for doing this after you calmed down. The cycle continues.. This APPLIES to everyone of us.

everyone should learn to control their emotions, and not let emotions overtake you too easily or it might get out of hand. Even if you want to lash out, do it tactfully and properly.

1st adventure of plasticman

Before i post on the birth of plasticman, i will first post the 1st adventure of plasticman.

WARNING: There will be photos that may make u feel disgusted

yesterday,,, on a very fine evening, at KAP. plasticman met a penniless boy named naijiew whose EZ link has no more money, and needs to get to hwachong for the harmonica concert by 730. and thus plasticman decided to help this boy and the adventure begins. (Actually, plasticman's EZ link also no more money)(laughs) We set off at 630 at KAP by foot.

we walked and walked and beginning to find that there is still a very long way to go. then we reached this bus stop.

Looks familiar? it is quite an embarrassment so we have to find such a spot to quickly take a photo and SCRAM.

alrite then, we continue to make our way towards the final destination. Along the way , we've taken some more photos.

This is Third Avenue if u cant see the little wordings. look at our cheeky smiles cos we're happy that we're making great progress.

after that we continue to make our way,,, and something bad almost happened. naijiew is walking on the road when a car with no one inside driving FLYS toward HIM at HIGH VELOCITY. Naijiew could onli helplessly watch the car fly towards him. I'm sure u all know wad happens NEXT. IT is the JOB for PLASTICMAN.

Just as all of us expected, PLASTICMAN stops the car singlehandedly. NO SWEAT at all.

(BTW i am very scared that the car owner sees me doing this)

After this frightening incident(to naijiew) , we continue our journey. after a while, naijiew says that there is blisters under his feet and it seems like he cant carry on. the time is already 7 11. We have to be in time by 730.

there is no other choice...

Well, in the end, we reached hwachong before 730 and enjoyed the harmonica concert.

Guava and NJCO

YO! today i'm going to talk about guavas and NJCO. So u might be thinking how are guavas and NJCO related? NO they are not related. so i'll talk about guava first. i love to eat guava because there's sour plum powder. the sour plum powder is a complement to guava. yeah and dun forget have a cup of water near u in case u choke on the powder.

Next. i have not been blogging lately, because i'm busy with SYF practices and basically nth to blog about. Yesterday was SYF! NJCO received the GOLD awards. CLAPS CLAPS! i loved the NJCO cheer!!! altho i didnt know the content of the cheer! i loved SOPHIA! i loved TAM TAN! I LOVED LUM WONG LEE! A touching moment on STAGE! 我的眼泪像断了线的珍珠一样，一颗一颗从我的脸颊划过。 primary school chinese essay writing i use this line quite often. after SYF we went FISH & CO for dinner. we get to see some potential singers-to-be from NJCO performing "LIVE" there. their voices were very soothing to the ears.

i observed something. everyone has been very busy with JC life. cos they dun blog tt often anymore. me too. actually i have nth much to blog abt.

JC life is not tiring at all! tutorials and lectures are slack!

determination is very impt. yeah it affects ur performance, really!

when u know of smth, u r more aware of it.

working hard last minute is better than not working at all.

Treat people like how u want others to treat u.

Reflect upon urself regularly!

eating smth during lectures can prevent u from falling asleep. y dun they allow us to eat during lecture? if they dun wan us to be sleeping?

tonight i watched pokemon with my siblings cos we had nth better to do.. it's the first season! we bought the cds long ago,,, in chinese, so it was very funny,, especially the names of the pokemon cos u know , in chinese,,, for eg. clefairy-皮皮

and i like the opening song and ending song! its nice to watch some of these old shows once in a while, gd for ur health i guess?!

today was the first day of CCA for mi in JC, and my CCA is supposedly the special one! YOGA!!!! it is said to be onli offered in JJ! COol huh? so went for the CCA in the arts room. senior all girls? but got 6 J1 guys joined YOGA!!! which includes maoshan,jiajun,mengguan and mi!!! hahahaha!!! so we learn the basic from the J2, breathing techniques! and most special how to get up from ur bed when u're lying down! the correct wAY!!!! there shld be this yoga instructor coming but nv saw him today. the senior say is a fat indian guy, but very pro! shall await his arrival in the future! and after the session ,we are told to sit in a circle and all kinds of tidbits passed ard for us to eat while we intro ourselves?! glad i joined the right CCA!!!! WOOO!!!

today was the beginning of our lectures...7 30 to 9 was a free period... so eat and do some stuff then GP lecture...well keep dozing off... the 1 hr lecture seems like 1 day to mi... then at 10 PC which is physical conditioning , after some talking by the teacher, he say those who dun wan play may leave, so i left for the cafe to slack ard and grab smth to eat stay there till 11 40 then get ready for a 3 hr lecture marathon from 12 to 3. first up at 12 is CHINESE... doze off... then at 1 is CHEMISTRY...doze off... then at 2 is PHYSICS... dun think i doze off! i listening to the lecturer for this last lesson! btw if not for the mentos i have i would have doze off more often...then finally HOME SWEET HOME

... makes mi so look forward to tml's lectures!!! woohoo !!! and there's a CCA open house from 2 to 5... then got OG dinner at 6!?!?! ...busy schedule for jc life...

aha i shall blog of my return to RV, my alma mata, to try to sell JJC love fiesta coupon!!! so after reaching RV,,,,, most teachers dun wan to buy, those teachers who would buy already bought it from someone else... and those students... dun bother... teacher also liddat student also liddat.... i muz admit $10 quite expensive... but TEACHER!!!! they so stingy! haiz ... i have to face the music! in the end sold nothing and went back to JJ! like handing up a piece of blank paper for ur exams! AHAHA! so returned and everyone else sold quite a number except RVIANS... so u all can infer something... ok tt's it!

so shall tell u abt my feelings b4 the start of school tml... ok so i feel reluctant, and i spend this last holiday like normal holiday...playing sleeping... alrite... and i was supposed to bring my cca records tml but i couldnt find it... even after 1hr of searching...so abandoned...

i shall keep this entry short and sweet. and to be honest , i dun wan to leave RV. but too bad , this is life.

Sue Ping's house (part 2)

where did i stop? ok the blind mice... so after the blind mice and bbq, we go to the games room where carrom, pool and mahjong is available! so 2 pple pooled, while the rest carrom and mahjong. we took turns to pool (one game per turn) but meng guan and i played 2 games AHAHAHA!!! becos we pro we finished 1st game very fast. so when we played the 2nd they also nv suspect.... or did they? THEN, when we reached the CLIMAX , the security? came and told us to leave cos 10pm le need to close the room.

k so we left... and then we go to beside the real pool, and TADAH!!! the log cake! then we sing a BIRTHDAY SONG to elaine and blah blah blah.... skip to the cake part!! ahaha i was onli eyeing the cake. it was delicious, i had 2 slices! YUM YUM DUMB DUMB GUM GUM!

then back to sue ping's house, jin xian,lian quan and maoshan going off soon and thus, the most exciting prezzie xchange time!!!! it was full of suspense and mystery.... so i shall keep it a mystery, therefore not elaborating anymore!

after tt, we watched movies, while the mahjong addicts played of cus MAHJONG!!! first movie up was House of Wax !! my onli comment is wad's paris hilton doing in tt movie?!?! she's onli **** in the movie!?!2nd movie up was nanny mcphee?!? eh the movie has no sound except for the background sound, luckily still got subtitles... while watching movie, help mengguan with mahjong. then SLEEP ZzzZZ zzz! woke up ! 6 or 7am? dunno not impt anyway. eh they gossip and gossip and gossip...then watched another movie, ? the terminal? , eh a nice show it turned out to be , unexpectedly! then sue ping tell us to watch JAy's MV.so we watched the MTVs of songs from 依然范特西and of 黄金甲. 听妈妈的话 is a nice song but not the mv... onli the bear inside cute!

at abt 1pm, we left sue ping's house and went to JE for lunch?!? then played arcade! then take neoprint WOW meng guan is the most photogenic XD tt's all and HOME SWEET HOME! CYA real SOON!!!

2D 04 christmas party?!?!?! yesterday at sue ping's house!
meet at yew tee at 230... when i arrived... Meng guan jiajun lianquan maoshan winnie sueping and??? i forget liao.... already arrived. MAOSHAN is on time!!!!! the funny part is dunno who tell maoshan we meet at 12+!!! then i immediately asked lianquan for his gameboy to play my favourite game puzzle road!!! then weijian jinxian arrived together, jinxian went to buy a prezzie for exchange later cos he haven buy... and so off we go to sue ping's house... and we played a NC16?? poker game called asshole dai dee ( those who not 16 yet pls click the cross on the top right corner of ur screen!) so this game is fun and interesting! played like normal dai dee..can be played by many pple. the one who clears all his cards first will be conferred the title of the king, then queen then princess??? commoner.. then 2nd last will be called l** j*** and last one will be called c** b**. and the king will trade 3 cards with the c** b*** who have to trade the 3 best cards he have in the next game with the king!!! while queen trade 2 cards with the l** j***. while princess trade with the 3rd last! commoner no need trade.so the players sitting in order of a circle are lianquan weijian jiajun winnie mengguan jinxian ME! maoshan... and the intense battle for the titles BEGAN! maoshan is the c** b** in the first few rounds.then jinxian also become the c** b** in a losing streak. it is more fun to play it than talk abt it! so shall not say anymore....

after this super fun game!!! we went for BBQ all we have are hotdogs marshmallow?(dunno how to spell) chicken wing and potato and MAYONNAISE!!! yucks.. in the end i ate 3 hotdogs(the best) but WJ spread too much butter on it...becomes oily HOTDOG!!!... and a bite of the potato(feeded by one nice lady...)... and some marshmallow(hmmm i too hungry while waiting so juz grab some) and a cup of drink? so while some are BBQing, the guys and some girls played blind mice at the playground beside the BBQ pit. quite fun. lianquan very ke lian, for one game, as he cant find anybody and keep knocking his head onto those structures!! and he nearly got mi when he came to the monkey bar, however he did not reached up enuff to touch mi who is hiding on the top of the monkey bar! ahaha too bad he is blind! okay it is late now i'll talk abt this more tml!! bye for now! i know u cant bear to miss mi, tt's y u r continuing to read this! hahahahahaha!!!! Alrite, here i am, back from 4H chalet yesterday, but to post today. Y? becos i slept for 17 hours. Y? becos i dun get enuff sleep during 4H chalet. Y? becos i was kept so awake by the entertaining 4H ( i made this up...)

So, we are back to Pasir ris coasta sands again... same as 2D04 chalet. ok nth much changed except for this (mahjong)TABLE becomes smaller... and there is more people... the place is all cramped up. So we also received visitors from the Dance society and thus more pple. the more the merrier! BBQ, X-BOX, POKER, MAHJONG,POOL,MAC,HAO KOU FU,HELLO KITTY,STEEL BAND,SAMBA,RAIN,LOTS OF SECRETS,GHOOOOSSTTT STORIEESSS!
tt sums it all...

b4 i go for the 4H chalet later, lemme first blog. i went for this presbyterian church christmas celebration dinner at nee soon south CC... first up was a series of performances by some kids and youths. those performances werent really great, but somehow i find it entertaining. Maybe becos i seldom see little kids performing. and the errors they made on the stage were FUNNY! LOL!!! then after tt long awaited dinner is served! eat eat eat! juz like prom night ! the food was not bad... actually it doesnt matter to mi. after the dinner... my family and i went to the nearby mac donald and bought a Mc nugget meal and a Mc Flurry for myself (obviously my greedy brother and i were not full enuff) And i BROKE INTO TEARS !!!! .0_0. hello everyone, welcome to my blog. i haven blogged for a few days cos i've been quite busy! from sunday to tuesday is 2Diaoz 04 chalet! loadS of fuN! arcade monopoly pool wildwildwet mahjong! and there is an EXCITING or shld i say MOUTH WATERING performance at this downtown east but i shall keep it a secret (the 2Diaoz pple shld know this)....

then tuesday to wednesday is the CO camp... hmm not a lot pple go.. i can onli remember i got bitten by mosquitoes during the night! ok and i learnt how to play HEARTS! and KEEP singing songs during campfire and my section traditionally(it really is a tradition) fill up their water bottles and start pouring water on you..

after the CO camp, went to huihui's house to discuss about Ms Audrea Cheang's wedding matters... in the end, nth much was done until the night. we made some cards to congratulate A Cheang. Mr Tan jin xian made a card with "Moon represent my love" but the moon looks like a BANANA. i made a card with a lady and a man which looks like the sign on the toilet.there's also supposed to be a performance on AC's registration of marriage at this holiday inn view park hotel??? so we decided to sing... Yue liang dai biao wo de xin and More than words. after that returned to home

alrite returned to home FINALLY... ard 11 30 if i remember correctly.. so tired and slept at ard 12 30... woke up at 12noon... woo a great sleep!!! when i woke up and look at the time, SHIT came out from my mouth, i mean the word" shit ", supposed to meet the 2D people at 12 Gwahahaha. we watching the 1 20 ERAGON at plaza sing , in the end changed to 2 45 time slot cos i'm LATE! alrite so we decided to buy our movie tickets at 2 30 after playing the arcade... and we saw the time slot for the movie to be 2 10 and 3 45... *applause pls* hmmmmm in the end ,,, watched nth... i think this blog entry is a bit long... NVM!! bored u all to death with words!!!
then meet everyone and go to A Cheang's wedding ... and performed onli 1 song " moon represent my LOVE"! we even invited the groom, MR derek? Khoo? to sing along!!!TOO BAD I NV SOLO!!! then ki siao and anyhow sing and dance then took photos then went back with 2 diaoz to plaza sing AGAIN... to have dinner, with jeff guai laning and those girls taking MANY photos... really siaoz ! tt's it and then here i am, blogging... ok and WJ and LQ and JX invite mi to this special conversation... and nth else more!!! shall blog again..

So Tao Li won the 2nd Gold medal for S'pore.. so there is no need for mi to help poor s'pore get another GOLD!! erm last yr's asian games , s'pore won 5 Gold medals ... 3 more to go i guess. ( 4 more to surpass itself)

well well well today is another GREAT day, after hearing news of a shocking news at woodlands hawker centre, i immediately rushed to the crime scene to investigate!!! well i had a bowl of my favourite laksa and a cup of green apple juice WITH SOUR PLUM added... (taste gd) SRRY back to the topic, i was at the scene of where the stabbing happened, but i see no blood or any traces of a FIGHT? NVM, at least i enjoyed my meal!

currently, i'm mahjonging at YAHOO with my 2Diaoz 04 friend,, so shall not type anyyyyy PONG!!! more . srry gotta focus on the game, see YA! and i'm trying to pong pong HU now! bb

so once again, the day has passed! thks to my daily routine!

sounds familiar? ok it's been another boring day, all i do is wake up, brush teeth, watch tv, use computer, eat,use computer,watch tv !!! another day awaits mi..

aHA! but there's this DOHA 2006 tt's killing my time, hmmm wad can i say?
of all matches i've seen in channel 5, TEAM S'pore practically lost it all!!!!! YES, LOST all!!! i didnt know the swimmers all are so young, especially the females, ard 14 - 17 yrs old!?!?! so young and they get to play in the asian games!

nvm... Someone pass mi a TABLE TENNIS BAT!! i'm going to get a very-hard-to-get gold medal for S'pore!!! dun stop mi from doing it!
